Yes, believe it or not, we still do make each bed to order by hand.

All beds are flat packed in a minimum of 2 boxes, designed to be lighter and easier for transportation.
This also helps greatly for those putting up their beds in lofts and tight spaces.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a time throughout the day that your delivery will arrive. We are only able to tell you the day on which it will arrive. This is due to our courier and other uncontrollable variables such as traffic, delays and other factors.
*All deliveries to the 48 contiguous states are delivered according to what option was selected at checkout when purchased. If you would like your bed to be delivered outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us to discuss the best delivery option and rate.

We require 7 working days prior to the advertised delivery date of your order if you wish to postpone your scheduled delivery date.
Our use of a third party courier for delivery ensures your bed and/or bedding will be brought to your doorstep on the day you requested. However if your bed gets delayed during delivery through the courier, we cannot take responsibility.
Upon delivery, you will be requested to sign in acknowledgement of your receiving the packages, you will not be able to take the packages without signing. You must sign in acknowledgement of there being no damage to the packages. You must sign in acknowledgement of all packages being present as ordered. If there is any damaged packages within your delivery, they should be returned with the courier after signing. You must contact us as soon as possible in order for us to send replacement parts if necessary.
We do not include a white-glove service as part of our delivery options. The packages will be delivered to the front door of the property, but no further. If you are living in multi-story accommodation it is not required for the courier to transport your packages to your front door, regardless of which floor you reside on. This decision is at the discretion of the delivery driver.
As we do not offer a white-glove service, we will not construct the bed frames for you, as they are flat packed for self-assembly.
International deliveries are subject to a non-guaranteed time frame which could vary depending on a large variety of factors. Any estimates of delivery time are for a guide purpose and are subject to circumstances such as area-specific customs/public holidays.
Does not include Sundays. - We reserve the right to amend if ordering a large quantity of items.
